As it is still very much the start of the new year I thought it would be a nice to write a blog about where Stonehewer Moss as a firm have got to and what our plans are for the coming year.
Who are Stonehewer Moss?
Last year was the twentieth anniversary of Stonehewer Moss Solicitors in Northwich and during that time we have helped many thousands of clients with all manner of legal issues. Many things have changed over the years and, in the Personally Injury legal world, things have changed, perhaps more than most.
Over time we have structured our business so that we now deal with mainly Personal Injury and Employment Law matters and to confirm our expertise in this area we became accredited by the Association for Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) back in 2007. Also, Dominic Moss, our Senior Partner received the accolade of becoming a Fellow of APIL 15 years ago.
Fast forward to last year and In October 2023 new legal rules came into effect that prompted many firms of all sizes to leave the Personal Injury law arena. It is a fact that the market place for personal injury law is now dominated by a few very large firms who as a consequence of their size, rarely have a local office or, we believe, are able to give the same level of personal service as a smaller niche firm, whether that be face to face or via video call.
At Stonehewer Moss we decided to do the opposite and double down to create a streamlined, efficient but client friendly service. We are now reaching out to accident victims and law firms who no longer undertake injury claims work to help accident claim clients throughout England Wales. We offer free face to face and video link meetings, in order to properly get to know our clients and to best know how we can help them.
So, What Next?
In 2024 Stonehewer Moss will be moving to a new high profile office in Northwich in Cheshire and rolling out our PI.Link scheme to law firms who want to benefit from referring their injury claim client’s to a properly skilled and accredited practice whom they can trust. We will also continue to reach out locally within our community to offer the client led, friendly and professional service for which we have become well known.
