What Will You Pay If You Win?
The amount we charge to you (commonly called a success fee or cap on costs) depends on the strength of your claim and the likelihood of success. It is based on the amount of compensation we obtain for you. Here’s our typical fee structure for claims where liability is very likely to be established in your favour:-:
- Up to £25,000 compensation – 18%
- £25,001 to £100,000 – 18%
- Over £100,000 – 18%
The above fee is fixed for the duration of your claim and will not be increased. All fees include VAT. We also retain any legal costs paid by the other side. You’ll always know exactly what you will pay before deciding whether to proceed.
For more complicated claims, we may offer to act for a higher fee, up to a maximum of 30% of the compensation we obtain for you. We will tell you if this applies and agree the percentage with you before we proceed with your claim. Once agreed, that percentage is fixed and will not be increased.
