Accident
Mr K. was injured in an accident at a petrol station. After filling his car he walked across the forecourt where diesel had been spilled and slipped, sustaining injuries to his ankle causing him to be off work for extensive periods of time and requiring surgery. He received compensation for his injuries, loss of earnings and other out of pocket expenses.
